Refund policy

Physical Amulets: We offer a 14-day return policy for physical amulets stocked in Thailand. The item must be in its original, unaltered condition (including the casing). The buyer is responsible for tracked return shipping to our Thailand office.

Services (Rituals, Sak Yant, Fortune Telling, Feng Shui): All spiritual services, consultations, and ritual arrangements are non-refundable once the service has been performed or the booking has been confirmed with the Master. If you need to reschedule an online consultation, please contact us 48 hours in advance.

Charity Events: Donations made through our charity events are distributed to the temples/causes specified and are strictly non-refundable.

Damages: If an amulet is damaged during international transit, please contact us at3b_chok_dee@boundlessuniversegroup.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item.
